We are a specialized Fitted Hats manufacturer and exporter. We have 11 different sizes patterns from 54cm to 64cm. We make theHats by 100% Cotton fabrics, 100% Wool and 20% Wool & 80% Acrylic blended fabrics. We make the Customers own LOGO, Labels and Stickers (Metalic Shiny) out of the artwork. We also use the inside piping printed by customers own LOGO design. We never compromised with quality. Our price is internationally standard. We can supply within in very short time.
* We make sports ball caps by 100% Cotton Cino Twill / Brushed Cotton Twill / Jeans / Cotton Cordroy and Canvas with 3D puffed or flat normal embroidery. Pre-Curved visor, 6 panel with 6 hole embroidered Eyelets.
* Trucker caps 5 panel with 4 hole embroidered Eyelets. Back adjustable with Velcro or plastic snap button adjuster.
* Golf caps made of 100% Cotton twill with washed or non-washed front structured, 6 hole embroidered eyelets, pre-curved visor, back adjustable with buckle / metallic ring / buckle.
* Knitted Hats / Beanie made by 100% Cotton / Acrylic / Cotton & Acrylic mixed yarns with smooth finishing by 5gg / 7gg machine, embroidered on front / back or reversible.
We make embroidery by Japan made automatic computerized machine with sequence effect by 20 heads.
T-Shirts & Hoodies: We make custom T-Shirts and Hoodies in our knit units with most modern SCREEN / FLOCK / FOIL OR RUBBER print with custom label and tag. We receive any quantity order.
